Wilson’s Marketing Firm was founded by husband-and-wife duo, Decario and Kamaron “Kam” Wilson

one of the hardest working couples in the digital, beauty and entertainment industry. Decario is a

highly sought after musician and solo artist who understood the frustration with wait times, delays in production and imagery that just didn’t fit his brands messaging. With those frustrations in mind the couple took matters in their own hands and implemented their own branding and marketing solutions.

These solutions increased Kamaron’s social media blueprint to almost 100k followers collectively and

a reach of over 700k in little as 72 hours. With these extraordinary results the couple knew they had the marketing formula for success that other small businesses needed and launched WMF.

With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry as an award winning, bicoastal celebrity

stylist and entrepreneur Kam has not only changed the trajectory of her life but in her business  as well. Through training programs and her former business The Bawse Boutique,  Kam has also successfully rebranded other beauty
